We were visiting the Spanish Steps in Rome and had seen a reel mentioning this place. We were really impressed. The staff was very friendly and it was a pleasant environment. We got the Imperial Breakfast tea and two desserts. All were excellent. My mother passed away several weeks ago and loved tea time. We honored her with this visit.
This has got to be the best cafe I have been to abroad and in England and I have been too lots. Prime position by Spanish steps. All the staff were beautifully dressed , friendly and helpful. Food was excellent as was the tea. Toilets were immaculate clean. Wish there was one of these in England.
Actually, I'm not a fan of restaurants near attractions, as there are usually bad tourist restaurants, since it was very sunny we wanted to have breakfast on the terrace and this was the only place close to that was still room, so we decided to have breakfast there, with the comforting if this is bad, we at least enjoyed a nice view. We had a table at the front with a beautiful view of the stairs, in addition the breakfast was also great and very service super nice and friendly, the prices are relatively expensive, but not you would like to buy this at the location, view and dining.
We decided to sit for a coffee out to enjoy the view of scallinata. While all the tables were free, coated with our chefs were told us with style to wait to the reception to allow us to pass! The interior of the shops was fantastic, a real English pebble with nice decoration and sweets. It was our first coffee in Rome and pressed,35euro for 4 coffees were excessive!
