Bertha's - Roma

It is a cute place, with short menu and medium to high prices (20€ or above). The service does their best but the food is below those prices. There are plenty of places in Rome with much better quality/price ratio. In fact, this was by far the most expensive place I have been during my holidays in Rome. Also, something I will never understand, once you have been served your main dishes, the service disappears and you have to make efforts to receive further attention. Fish dishes normal, meat was far below expectations and price.

Wow this is a beautiful restaurant with some amazing food and wine choices. We really enjoyed our meal of fresh fish carpaccio, a creamy carbonara, black spaghetti with clams and prawns and calamari in a black tempura. All of it was so fresh and so tasty! We wiped our plates clean! Definitely worth a stop in to check this place out. I love Italian food and am pretty fussy about it, but this place gave me everything I hoped for.
