Typical Italian patisserie with sweets, coffee and ice cream. Their “marocchino coffee” represents the perfection in terms of taste and balance between the main ingredients (chocolate powder, milk and coffee). Their pastries (the simple ones with chocolate) are the perfect complementation for the coffee as they have an amazing taste and they are ridiculously cheap (20/30 cents each). I also bought a cake for the birthday of a relative and it was also fab!
We visited this gelateria 4/5 times whilst staying at Marc Aurelio hotel just down the hill. The ice creams were lovely, especially the traditional Straciatelli flavour. Also during our visits we sampled the spaghetti cake, also lovely. The coffee, the cocktails great too. Even though the staff had little English between them we the same with Italian we managed to communicate order what we wanted. The atmosphere was brilliant, never seen such a busy place. A great relaxing place to visit after a busy day sightseeing Rome. Thank you
Hazelnut and pistachio as fear as the other goats of the rest.
A nice place, well supplied, very nice cakes. good croissant and coffee, the place is clean enough and friendly and fast staff. the only defect: the parking practically introvabile, so I recommend to reach it on foot!
