A wonderful place in the heart of roma, the well-kept restaurant and great food, beautiful also for after dinner with area dedicated to music, also live. Unfortunately, however, as happened yesterday I was disappointed by the service, just in the post dinner, me and 4 my friends had to celebrate and we ordered 2 bottles of champagne of total value of 300€, now apart from the value, but being of quality we expected a accompaniment of style and quality, and instead you know what they served us? green olives, almonds, taralli and feel fusaie! I called the director and asked if for a champagne like the one ordered was planned another was said “no sorry the kitchen is closed”. Now I say that if you have a good champagne in your newspaper, we see for those who order it a dish that will accompany it worthyly. Moreover, when we asked the second bottle the waiter was about to open, among other things with the mask lowered unlike his colleagues, he moved away leaving the bottle to a colleague who tells him: “I’m sorry that’s what you open it,” he didn’t even tell us anything he took and left. I'm sorry, but we're not.
Magic place and high quality food. Everything is great
The casena valadier is so called because the great Roman architect Giuseppe valadier (1762 – 1839) who had designed the pencio, had designed and built it. It is a neoclassical adaptation of a pre-existing building of the 18th century, the construction began between 1816 until 1837. the three-storey building has a predominantly cubic shape, with the extruder with columns and capitals, and the building lends itself to open it. During the course of time, he was subjected to numerous interventions, also by the famous architect marcello piacentini in 1919. after several vicissitudes, which have seen it retrocessed to the modest residence of the custodian of the park and linked to the events of the Second World War, now has become a splendid location, with panoramic restaurant and bar. the structure is used, thanks to the various rooms present, for events and ceremonies. of great value the interior spaces finely decorated and with archaeological and external remains that are located in a beautiful garden, where is also the evocative fountain of the anphora. there is also a useful parking space for the hotel.
Disposable staff, impeccable organization and excellent cocktails. I visited it for a wedding and had a great experience
