Dentrofuori - Roma

If you have not yet tasted Roberto di Dentrofuori Trigoria's pinsa, do not know anything about pinsa. It's unsurpassed. Tonight they handed me two Daisy pints with buffalo a real leccornia: pinsa with mozzarella artichokes, crispy bacon. An absolute enjoyment for the palate. Is that what to say? Fantastic! I used to go there a lot and now I have to settle for home delivery, but I don't give up. Follow my consigl I, try you too!!

Dinner in couple, found the place by chance and, I would say, fortunately! Let's start with the fried well done and abundant: mozzarella in carriage, fried pizzas with sauces and vegetables in batter. We continued with a burger made with pizza bread, excellent, as well as with light, soft and crispy pinewood. Really attentive and very kind service all. To try we will return soon
