Flower Burger - Roma

I specifically came here since the website writes in big letter GLUTEN FREE . But when I got there I was told that they have a gluten free bun but their burger is made out of NON gluten free oats, so it 's only suitable for gluten sensitivity and not people with celiac/allergy. That 's obviously not true at all (if a person has a gluten sensitivity, that means they are sensitive to gluten, as opposed to a wheat sensitivity). They should IMMEDIATELY change their website to say wheat free, and not gluten free. Also when I asked to speak to the chef, I was rudely answered that they simply have no way to accommodate me.

The best vegan burger I have ever had! I loved the edamame as a side dish instead of potatoes and the colors of the burgers are absolutely amazing!

Keep in mind I 'm not vegan so this review is slightly biased. The burgers are alright but nothing too special. The chips or potato slices rather were fantastic, and the selection of drinks was okay (juice, two kinds of beers and one wine I believe). The only really bad thing were the chairs which are incredibly uncomfortable especially when you 're tall.

Nice idea the veg-burger, but it’s not for people like these. I gave up to wash my hands, the restroom cannot be more dirty and disgusting. The street and the area is dirty too, bad place. I ordered two burgers with potatoes with a friend, after very long they ring a bell (yes! and I pickup only 1 burger and potatoes. Where is the other burger? The girl said there was a problem, they are making it again. So what I have to do? She said I can start to eat one burger, my friend can eat potatoes until the second burger will arrive. Yes! They are crazy, nobody teached them that dishes must be served together? One is eating and the other one is watching? The girl probably was serving cheap food in a hospital before to work here.

Really loved this place, really friendly staff, quick service and good prices. We went on a Monday so got an extra 20% off which was a bonus. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Rome, it's really tasty food which is fun to look at too and completely meat free!
