Frida Pizza Cucina - Roma

The room is well furnished and spacious, typical neighborhood to the good where you can eat pizza or kitchen. We opted for appetizers of fries and some bruschetta and for first of risotto and pasta cacio and pepper. All good and with honest prices. The only problem we have really waited a long time even if the place was semi-empty and there were four tables.

High expectations, powered by reviews, and deep disappointment. We should have imagined something already on our arrival in the completely empty room, as it practically remained until 22.30 when two small groups arrived that ate in the outer space. Let's start with promising fries for unusual ingredients, such as sauce cacio and pepper and aubergine croquette, but from the filling too sticky and shake; pizzas too thin for such a short cooking, result a soup mozzarella and tomato waving and that on arrival on the table completely poured on the edge of the dish, sigh ...

Excellent pizza with excellent high quality ingredients. Very kind staff, .... we will definitely be back soon to try also the kitchen...

Thanks to a careful leavening the pizzas that Frida proposes are very good. We tried pizza from Trentino and nduja, both tasty. The place is new is well furnished; the prices are not exactly competitive (3 euros for a surcharge.

I spent a beautiful evening with friends in this modern, dynamic and welcoming place. The atmosphere is the convivial one Sunday in the family. The dishes are those of a simple and genuine time, but revisited in a modern way. What to say, all very good and abundant. I highly recommend it to all those who want to spend a nice and quiet evening with friends and relatives. Ideal for children.
