Ham Holy Burger Roma, Via Brescia

On May 5, 2022, we stopped for dinner in this stylish restaurant we spent very pleasant moments there, also thanks to waitress Irene! She served us with professional confidence, but also with unique patience and empathy, she advised us in choosing food and drinks she estimated our tastes and interests perfectly! We also appreciate Irena's knowledge of Cesare Paroni's business it's great if the staff introduces guests to the history of the brewery and restaurant! Thank you for a pleasant evening with you. We will definitely recommend your restaurant to our friends who will travel to Rome in the future!

This place says it specializes in burgers and it does not disappoint. They have plenty to choose from, even meat-free and bread-free. If you don't want burgers there are many other options. If you're a foreigner they give you a tablet and you can complete the order or add things all by yourself. Very handy. They also have quite a variety of beers and some wines which are available at glass too.

They have a mixed service system; you order (and pay) your food (mostly burger) at the cashier and wait at the table to be served. We ordered hamburger and fries and were waiting for for 25 minutes. When our food eventually arrived the fries were cold. Burger was OK.

Very cozy premises and good cuisine. Discovered by chance for lunch will be my frequent stop. Carbonara TOP but having a look at the other dishes there is to get rid of to satisfy the palate. Exquisite staff, special mention for Daniele, great care for the customer. I'll be back!
