No comment! It's terrible bad in every respect! Deliveries, items still present but no longer in production... disorder and lack of precision and customer respect. Ikea failed!
Totally negative experience, scheduled delivery in the morning 8-12, working day totally lost, as the delivery never occurred and I was not even warned. Only after calling the customer office I find that the goods had returned to warehouse because the cap was wrong from them, as if on the delivery sheet there was not my phone and the address however a famous street and in the center of Rome . The delivery was reprogrammed for the next day, but nothing and so for the following day .I believe that the lack of respect for the time of others with relative cost for the lack of work is something that Ikea does not care, despite all the advertising campaigns are directed to the attention of the customer,,,,,,,,, disrespect!
I pray that I love IKEA but for eating just we did not, I took lasagna and vegetarian meatballs with a contour obligated of purée and peas badly cooked, well from hospital I would say. The only positive note is dessert. We can get better.
Bad service of the ladies escorted to the counter. The portions looked like baby portions but the cost remained equal.(a teaspoon of cereal and a small slice of salmon)
