Everything was excellent. The food, the service, the space were all amazing. Chef has learned his craft from all over the work. If you are in Rome, this should be on your list.
Thank You Carlo for the amazing meal! Black Linguine with shrimp and Tiny Lil’ Lobsterettes...WoW.... The Bacala tartare on toasts with marinated shrimp, so light it flew off the plate( far more delicate than the same dish from Venice’s Burano Island)...and, the TRULY AMAZING DISH... a innocent little Contorno of Texas Spinach in Parmageon Cream ..., Sick dish, worth coming to Rome for! All in all a restaurant that would require multiple visits just to do the daily specials, BEFORE, you even crack the menu open. Carlo speaks EXCELLENT English...do not arrive before 8pm.., if you eat at home, like my parents, at 5:30 pm to watch Hannity, then you probably will not get this place...this is an EPIC restaurant in the heart of EUR....requiring you to think about the dishes ... a suggestion tell Carlo to prepare a menu for you. He knows his stuff!
