Osteria Bibi E Romeo - Roma

We ended our honeymoon with dinner at this Roman restaurant, far from the tourists thanks to the many miles we walked. The owner, Lucia, was the classic young Italian nonna who was impressed with how much I could eat, but more so by my basic Italian. She kept saying “Bravo!” after she realized I knew the names of certain ingredients and dishes. After our meal, she held our hands to thank us for coming which wasn’t something she did with any other table. The food was absolutely incredible and I partially wished our flight home was delayed so we could make another visit. We will absolutely return to this special place.

Some of the best food we have had during our travels in Italy. Affordable and delicious. Try the fiore di zucca, you’ll be amazed. Carbonara was great as well.

This was such a wonderful place! It was perfect for our last evening in Rome! Yummy food and great service it was like eating at my grandma’s warm and welcoming.

Bella esperienza. ottima accoglienza e bella atmosfera. Ti senti a casa. famiglia. I piatti sono straordinari. cucinato con passione ed esperienza. torneremo sicuramente a questo ristorante dove la tradizione e la cucina regionale e italiana non mancano.

Ristoranti in mano e con i prezzi giusti per roma, naturalmente non essendo al centro si trovano da 3 a 5€ di differenza nei piatti. poi come penso fortemente il ristorante, come ogni altro posto, oltre al buon cibo, è fatto di persone e i proprietari, persone di mezza età, sono squisiti. il ristorante ha un menu semplice, non stravagante, ma se si vuole mangiare una cucina tipica romana è il posto giusto! Se siete nella zona del clodio quadrato, non ve ne pentirete!
