Tiberino - Roma

Tiberino came highly recommended from a friend that had lived in Rome for years. On our last night of our vacation to Rome, myself and 4 of my girlfriends decided to check this place out for dinner. I'll keep it short and sweet. This restaurant is located in an adorable section of Rome, the food is delicious, service was efficient and friendly (thank you to our server Aman), overall a delightful evening. I can't wait go back one day!

Treated like we were a nuisance. I asked about the pecorino cheese and whether there was a suitable vegetarian alternative as pecorino is made from animal rennet in the production process. The lady then spent 10 minutes trying to disprove us despite showing her evidence that pecorino is not suitable for vegetarians. She could have just given us options for more vegetarian friendly cheeses but instead she was rude and inconsiderate. This was our anniversary dinner and it was a horrible experience. Ended up getting the vegetarian burgers which tasted terrible and paid a hefty price for mediocre food. I would avoid. It seems they don’t take well to any negative constructive feedback judging by other similar reviews here. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Fantastic food, perfect location, great staff (ask for Antonio). If you’re looking for authentic Roman pastas in a great location, try Tiberino.
