Cibo buono, non eccezionale ma buono. Casalingo, direi. Coda alla vaccinara buona, ben fatta. Amatriciana discreta così come i tonnarelli cacio e pepe. Grigliata di pesce non troppo abbondante ma buona. Nulla di entusiasmante. Piatti con troppo curati. Cameriere efficientissimo, servizio rapido. Alla sala da pranzo si accede scendendo le scale e le sale di passaggio non sono tanto pulite. Anche la sala non dà una buona impressione, meglio non osservare troppo i dettagli ma gli arredi andrebbero rivisti.

Very good, classic trattoria, reasonable prices, and friendly service. We had pasta with tomato and the risotto with leeks, two Roman artichokes, and shared a saltimbocca. With two coffees, a bottle of sparkling water, and a half bottle of wine, the total was 72 euros. Highly recommended.

How delicious, and welcoming and cozy and (probably) famous, we found this by accident. It's about 3 blocks away from Via Nationale, indoor and outdoor dining, but it was just a little too chilly for us to sit outside. Everything we ate on the menu was good.
