Dem Boys Seafood - Roman Forest

Got one large shrimp box, one large fish box and one combo box. The fish was cooked well, light cornmeal. Really good flavor. Shrimp were also cooked decent, dusted with cornmeal and seasoning, tasted great. They also gave me a small gumbo to try it. It was great. Will definitely be going again!

I appreciate how PERFECTLY the shrimp and fish were fried. Light and crispy breading, yet tender. The light color on the shrimp and fish tells me they change their grease often and that in itself deserves 10 stars. The hush puppies tasted like a sweet and salty cornbread with a crispy exterior and super moist interior. The gumbo has a very heavy tomato base that I’ve never had before. It was lighter than other gumbos I’ve had, but still delicious. Will definitely return!

I absolutely love this place! Not only is the food delicious, but the customer service is on point! For a food truck off 242 with all the construction going on,it's worth it! I'll definitely keep going back for my shrimp box and gumbo!

Went a couple times w my husband , gumbo was ok however the fried seafood was all horrible and tasted horrible its like it had been fried put in the freezer and thn fried briefly again the batter was soggy the fish was chewy same w shrimp just not good at all .

First time going to see them, and I was not disappointed. Very friendly and welcoming. The fried shrimp and fish were so good! I don't know why I waited so long to give them a try, but I'll be going back very soon.
