Auntie Anne's - Rome

We absolutely loved it! As non-Americans, we’ve never experienced anything like this before. While I didn’t find the server very helpful when I asked her to explain the different options, that didn’t overshadow our enjoyment. The pretzels with caramel sauce were incredible, and we will definitely be coming back. The mall was quite empty, so there was plenty of seating available, and the chocolate milkshake was delightful.

We typically have a great experience at this restaurant, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case tonight. My daughter ordered a regular pretzel as we were leaving the mall, and when we got to the car, we were disappointed. The pretzel was cold and hard; she had to literally tear off the overcooked bottom half just to chew it. It's better to serve fresh food or not serve it at all. No one wants to waste their money just to save yours. My advice: pay attention to your quality control, or you risk losing customers.

We usually have a good experience, but tonight (5:50) not so much. My daughter ordered a regular pulpit when we left the mall, got to the car and were not satisfied! Cold hard bezel that she literally had to tear the overhauled ground halfway to chew it. Serve fresh food or not at all. Nobody likes to waste their money so you can save yours. Word of advice... Watch your quality control or you lose business.
