Bojangles - Rome

I wouldn't give any stars to this place if I had the choice. Each time I visit, the staff is consistently rude. I'd rather go out of my way for the next 15 minutes than eat here again.

This Bojangles is quite reminiscent of Cheers; it's a place where everyone knows your name—even your voice through the drive-thru speaker! The food is always hot and fresh, served with a smile. My only complaint is that I often miss out on breakfast since I don't always have time to get there before the 10:30 cutoff. But those cookies? They are the best!

Absolutely fantastic! The team here is amazing, and I have to give a special shout-out to the man who makes the cookies—they're simply incredible!

Best Bojangles in Rome they have Plan Gravy and the line moves quickly. Plan white gravitation can't believe the others don't have it. Keep the good work

The gentleman that works the drive thru here we've placed our order with a few times is always so professional, kind, courteous and very efficient. The food has always been fresh. If the guy is not the manager he needs to be promoted to one. Thank you for your outstanding customer service and for making delicious breakfast!
