Cook Out - Rome

It's a nice escape from the regular fast food experience. I have been here several times since my post and it is still an amazing escape from the fast food experience almost like a backyard barbecue in a way..... I'd recommend coming by every sooften and enjoying a good burger or whatever it is you enjoy.... highly recommend

Food was good, but it took an extremely long time to receive it. They are short staffed, but the girl at the register was working hard. Banana pudding milkshake is the best!

The service was prompt and the staff was friendly. While the chicken on the sandwich was somewhat smaller than I had anticipated, the fries were excellent.

I strongly advise against eating here! The cleanliness of this place is very questionable. I ordered two Cajun chicken wraps on Friday night, and to my horror, I found a fly wrapped in one of them.

At 4:53 PM, I inquired about our order and was told it would take a few more minutes. When I checked again at 4:58 PM, I was told it would be ready in just two minutes. As the minutes passed, I informed the employee that I would have to leave without her food. Finally, at 5:02 PM, our food arrived—29 minutes after placing the order! It took an unacceptable amount of time to prepare two corn dogs and an order of fries!
