Ichiban Japanese Steak And Sushi - Rome

I ordered steak and chicken, but both were overcooked. The rice dish I received was only slightly warm. The waitress didn’t come back to check on us, and when she finally did, she simply acknowledged that the steak should have been medium rare. There were no apologies or remedies offered. I left feeling hungry, and I ended up spending $60.00.

We sat at the sushi bar, and I have to say the Filet Mignon was well-prepared. I typically don't order my steak medium, but it was cooked just right. Unfortunately, the chicken was quite dry, and the food was barely warm. Our server didn’t come back to check on us until it was time for the bill, and there was no acknowledgment of our disappointing experience. I doubt I’ll be back again.

I love this place absolutely. Great service and delicious food. I have the shrimps and scallops and they were great. We took my son for his birthday and he loves it so natural that we took him. It's always good that we ate there 3 or 4 times and it's always great. I'm sure about Hibachi.

Best food anywhere. My 3 grandkids loved it. The chefs are so funny and it sure makes a meal better shared.

GREAT local eatery I've been happy to stop by many times for lunch. Sushi is always good and the Yakisoba is ready fast when I need to duck in and duck out. Always pleasant and courteous wait staff, nice atmosphere, good prices.
