Kroger Bakery - Rome

Usually shop at Publix but decided to give Rome Kroger a try. What a mistake! Empty shelves and only 2 registers open. Lines backed up because the poor cashiers were also having to bag groceries! I bagged my own today to help this nice lady out. I can honestly say I have never had to bag my groceries at Publix! Kroger needs new management!

PHARMACY SUCKS !!!! SUPER LONG WAITING TIMES INSIDE AND DRIVE THROUGH. CANT STAND TO GO INSIDE THE STORE IT SMELLS LIKE AN OUTDOOR FISH MARKET ON A 100 degree DAY ! PHEW WHEE !

I would leave a 0 if I could! The manager apologized for this catastrophe of a cake for my son’s birthday. There’s NO excuse for this sloppy work!! Extremely disappointed in Kroger’s

This is one of the cleanest Kroger grocery stores I have been to. The pharmacy staff is wonderful. Getting my Covid vaccine wasn't as overwhelming as I thought.
