Lumina Coffee - Rome

I can't write this review without mentioning the exceptional customer service. If I could sum it up in one word, it would be 'incredible.' The young lady on the intercom was so sweet and pleasant, and as we pulled up to the window, she radiated positivity and warmth. I would honestly go back just to experience her kindness again. I didn't catch her name, but she had brown curly hair and a lovely smile. To the owner, if you read this, please give her a raise and treat her well; people with such wonderful spirits are rare. Just amazing!

I stopped by the drive-thru to grab some coffee for my mom and myself, and we were both thrilled by how delicious it was! My mom even said she wished I'd ordered her a larger size because it was that good. The service was fantastic—very warm and friendly. I didn't go inside, but it looked like a cozy spot to spend an afternoon enjoying a good book with a great cup of coffee. I will definitely be back (again and again)!

I absolutely love this place! Morgan, Christian, and Brandon are fantastic; they always make me feel at home, even while I'm away from my own. I've been a travel nurse in the Rome area for the past six months, and Lumina has been my go-to spot for salads late at night, especially at 2 AM. The coffee here is also amazing—I’ve made sure to stock up before I leave!

This is the best coffee shop that I ever been too! The coffee and food is wonderful! This place never disappoints! The atmosphere here is wonderful! And they have an amazing staff! If I could give it a hundred stars I would!
