Subway - Rome

My husband and I were both disappointed that we forgot to ask for his name for this review. We were so caught up in our conversation and enjoying a good laugh with him that it completely slipped our minds to check for a name tag! Still, this young man truly deserves recognition for being such an outstanding employee and a remarkable person.

I had a great experience at this restaurant with their quick and customizable sandwiches. While they have a new menu, I always opt for the tuna sandwich – toasted, with added bacon, spinach, onion, a lot of pickles, black olives, and sweet onion sauce. The coupons they offer keep bringing me back for more. Plus, I appreciate their good COVID safety measures.

I visited the restaurant between 5:30 and 6:30 PM and encountered a man named Alex in line. He truly deserves a higher wage for the excellent service he provides. He was clean, friendly, and made me feel comfortable enough to dine in. The customer service was outstanding—friendly and hygienic! Thank you, Alex!

This is the cleanest and friendliest subway restaurant I've ever visited. The manager, Randa, is fantastic—not only in preparing food but also in engaging with customers. However, I do wish they offered more meatballs! Their meatball subs deserve more recognition than they get. I highly recommend this place!

This is likely the best Subway in Cherokee County, although it wasn't the case six months ago.
