Caffe Trastevere - Rome

Soy cappuccino and good croissant. Unfortunately, they told me that the chocolate cornet is not vegan.

I have been here together with people omnivore for breakfast and I have been satisfied because the vegan options are different and very interesting, not the simple sad brioches. I decided to return for the breakfast of the day after. It is not about frozen precooked products, which is not recently. the soy cappuccino was ok but not exceptional. tip: the leaflet with orange jam and nuts if you find it

They were pretty clear about the time we arrived, but they still had some vegan pastries! Delicious. It is a bit chaotic inside and has more feel from an authentic Italian bar than a tourist type of cafe I enjoyed!

Very Italian atmosphere, staff knows about vegan and will be happy to point out the available options. At Cafe Trastevere you do not feel disturbing with your questions even when the place is packed. Come early as we were only able to grab marmelade cornetti with the amazing coffee Coffee (Kimbo).

I had to ask what's vegan. Everything was counted without a problem. The vegan blueberry Croissant was delicious. Updated from previous review on 2024-03-18
