Don't be fooled by the location......the service is terrible! It's a pizzeria but it doesn't have pizza chefs. The owner put his children in front of the oven to learn the trade. Result? Inedible and badly cooked pizzas. In order not to spend 2 more money, they only have 2 waiters in the room who have to think of everything and also make the deliveries. Trust the reviews....... Not recommended for private events. Party of 50 people in the room below. I opted for this place as I had been to a birthday party years ago and had a good time. The structure could offer a lot, but the current management is not yet up to my expectations, but rather disappointing compared to the offer of the owner, who in my opinion pays little attention to the event and the space used, therefore not nice for the paying towards the guests. First of all my express request for NO PEPPER in any dish because I am allergic, ALL the dishes containing pepper were brought to me, and therefore I did not have dinner. Second for the quantity of food, the plate of meatballs as a starter was 1 per table but the meatballs 1 per person ! were not even enough for the diners sitting at the table, someone had to divide them in half, I wanted to make up for it I requested a second round from the waiter as an extra I don't know why it NEVER arrived. The side dish which consists of 3 wedges of potatoes counted on the plate not so to speak but there are actually 3 and a second course of meat and the 3 potatoes all arrived cold. It's a shame because the quality and the dishes in the end are also good, which is why I don't leave 1 star but 2 on the food, but 3 potato wedges are really embarrassing. Reading the reviews of other events I confirm that all in all it doesn't make a good impression regarding: presentation of the bathrooms for medium low cleanliness with inefficiencies inside them the one above no soap and smelly, and one below with water on the floor , courses of inadequate proportions, service taking such a long time that it was not possible to make full use of the ballroom and the times of the DJ set, paid until 1am but at midnight the music was abruptly interrupted while people were dancing, the DJ who was treated in in my opinion rude manner only for having said that they had just started dancing, and NO COMMENT of how the owner began in front of the guests present with: MAYBE YOU DIDN'T UNDERSTAND THAT THE PLACE IS MINE AND I DECIDE apologizing to the boy myself on the other hand, very polite in how he addressed the person who should have come to me to say it. Final toast sparkling wine included in the menu but not arrived. Perhaps it justifies the small discount I was given in the end, considering that I couldn't even eat. I strongly advise the owners to review the management, organization and above all the care of private events, to be considered a source of resource and not a torture, to write down all the requests when choosing the menu, to perhaps hire more staff so as not to suffer the tiredness and stress that is nevertheless transferred to the customer, and please how to address non employees of the venue *in front of guests*. Having said this, I am sorry to have to leave this review given the kind propensity of the owner, but which he must then also complete by improving the actual service which does not 100% respect the initial offer and the image he would like to present.
