Domino's Pizza - Rome

Beautiful all and I would even put 5 stars, if it weren’t that ordering takeaway from them is an unnerving enterprise, and if you notice it they also respond with maleducation on the phone. On 10 orders accepted they cancel 9 at the last moment, after waiting maybe 30 or 40 minutes convinced that the delivery is little missing. And, worse yet, after the various apps charge you the cost and then you will also have to wait for the refund. Question: But if you are so busy working with takeaway, why don’t you avoid? So save your customers such negative experiences and maybe instead of leaving them you keep them tight. The alternative, of course, would be to learn to work SERVICE also with Glovo, Just Eat etc.

Bad and super late home service (1 hour and a half waiting). Undigestible pizza.

I come here so often that I and pizza makers have become friends, pizza really good, of course who goes to domino's knows that he will not eat traditional Italian pizza. I don't understand the people who complain, we have ordered more than 10 times even to take away and never had problems, keep in mind that this is AMERICAN pizza so surely it tastes a different consistency and not for this is less good, it is simply a variant.
