Absolutely wonderful! We had reservations throughout the city, but my family was too exhausted to make it. This was close to where we stayed and was on my list to try, so we went by as soon as they opened in the hopes that we did without reservation. We were lucky – they were able to press us (I would recommend a reservation). The Carbonara (classical) is legitimate the best. We also enjoyed the gricia with saffron and the cacio e pepe badel. The Saltimbocca was good, but not my taste. The zucchini flowers were in season and delicious. For dessert the cheese cake was amazing, and the orange tiramisu stole the show. The atmosphere was also perfect and the staff was attentive, friendly and extremely helpful.
That was the best food experience I had in Rome. The staff was amazing and offered the starters, a mini carbonara and the apetizers. It is easy to notice that the owner falls in love with the Italian cuisine, as he explains every detail of the dishes. If you are looking for a wonderful experience in Rome, do not fall for the tourist traps and visit InRoma!
Romantic and quiet atmosphere, friendly staff and delicious truffle pasta. They were sad for us from Ravioli, so we got fetters. The Pistachio and the classic Tiramisu were very tasty, a little preference for the classic but!
Love the food, the atmosphere and especially the service, both the owner (i assume) and the waiter were marvellous, they explained about the food origin and ingredients, also gave us free appetisers ans desserts. Highly recommended
