Ordered a cheese pepperoni pizza, was unable to eat it. Have ordered a lot from them since they are close, it’s never very good but we have been able to eat them before. I have never gotten a cheese pizza before, this being the first time but I don’t think I will order again from them. Their crust is so thin, it’s soaked and soggy and always falling apart. I think I will just do frozen pizza from now on. The flatbread from Walmart is so much better, you never know what mess you are going to get from Giovanni’s in Proctorville. Sorry but I’m finished with them.
I called in food at 9:40. They said to give them about 35 minutes and it would be ready, I showed up at 10:02. I walked up to the entrance where one guy jumped and locked the door. I told them I had called in and have an order. The reply I received was we’re closed. We close at 10, we don’t have your order and turned away from me and walked to the back. I genuinely got a kick out of it and laughed because the place is a joke. Needless to say, I won’t be ordering food from this fatuous establishment again. :
Well, to start, the baked spaghetti was good although short on the cheese, the garlic bread was wayyyy too salty. The chef salad had large pieces of onion in it, lark chunks of lettuce, the had was cut but was stuck together and not spread out. All the other Giovanni places I have been to gives you crackers and this place gave no cracks kers with the salad. It just seems who ever put it together was lazy. I think I will travel few extra miles and try the one across the bridge amd not return to this location again.
I've been coming there for years and I don't know what it is but the last two pizzas that I bought there have been out of this world.
