Mcdonald's - Romeoville

Everything was fine, except for the kiosk. Twice as I was making my way through the ordering process, I ran into a dead end with seemingly no way to move on to the next page. I had to go to the counter and ask for help. The supervisor tapped all over and finally got me through the order. Still not good. I still hate the kiosks.

Carmen was Amazing it is the first time I had a employee of a McDonald's take my tray and dump it. She is amazing with all the customers especially with the seniors that come in. In my opinion she need a raise and special recognition. If all employee's at McDonald's was like her it would make alot of people's day better. I ask a regular customer if she is always this sweet and he told me that sometimes sweeter if that is possible. I have noticed that most the employee's at this location 3381 are nice.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and they put all the toppings I wanted on there but no chicken! And my friend asked for two bundles and only received one

Came in the morning. Employees were rude and lacked the effort to work. They were standing around talking while my food was probably sitting right in front of them. Every day the manager is always standing around on her phone doing nothing. Pure laziness.

Well i had a great pair of employees that took very good care of me,.y food was on point and they made sure everything was hot and fresh!!tha k you so much cheyanne and Stephanie!!you 2 deserve a raise and employee of the month awards!!
