From the outside the restaurant does not look like that, but do not direct a book from its bay! I went there unannounced in a party of 4 and from getting going the personal was friendly and fast also the most important point that was eating excellent and cheap.

On New Year's Eve, I hosted a house party and decided to order Chinese food. I chose Moon House on Victoria Road and it was a fantastic decision. The staff member was very helpful in assisting me with my order, which was quite large. However, I didn't have to worry because the food was delivered on time, as promised, and was delicious and hot. My guests were eagerly awaiting the food and were satisfied with every bite. The rice was the only thing left on the table as everyone was full and happy. Moon House truly has the best Chinese food in the area and I am grateful for their delicious food that made our New Year's evening extra special. We will definitely be returning. I typically don't enjoy Chinese takeout, but late one Saturday night, I ended up at Moon House ordering food. The staff that took my order were friendly and helpful, and the food exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed it a lot and am now excited to go back and try new dishes. I wished there was more meat and shrimp in the Special Fried Rice, but maybe next time. The Peking Spare Ribs and curry sauce were a hit! Overall, I loved the other dishes as well. Thank you.

I wrote a review two years ago and updated it today. I tried this restaurant when I first moved to Hornchurch, and it has remained consistently excellent. The traditional Chinese takeout food is fabulous. As of 17/01/20, it is still amazing almost three years later. I appreciate the freshness of the food, exceptional customer service (the staff are lovely and friendly), and speedy delivery. The delivery staff are fantastic as well, very friendly. I had to update my original review from two years ago because I am so impressed!

At first moment they enter this place the waiters give them a comfortable feeling. very friendly team, it is a nice place to enjoy with friends or with their date. tasty cooking, talented chef chef and so, convenient cost and generous service. warm recommended.
