Big Time Bagels - Ronkonkoma

??????Ordered a b.e.c with cooked onions on a slightly toasted everything bagel..I dont understand from a cooks or owner point of view to actually let garbage leave the kitchen and serve to a customer like o maybe they won't notice or it be to late before they do... I will not return and I will not recommend this place.. they didn't even try... my bagel was BURNT AND ONIONS STRINGY AND UN EDIBLE. TOSSED SANDWICH AWAY WAS TO FAR TO GO BACK.

I have never been so disappointed in breakfast before. This has got to be one of the worst bagel places I have ever eating at. The name is big time bagel used to be Strathmore bagel (take the drive to Strathmore so worth it i shouldn't have strayed away. Sign says bigger, tastier, and better but yet have the world's smallest full size bagel i have ever seen. Bagel was pretty tasteless if it wasnt for the eggs and bacon on it.. Their home fries are cold and so old that they are hard burnt and you don't get cubed chunks of potatoes you get crumbles of pieces. For the price of over 12 dollars for what I was served I would not recommend eating here enless its was a last resort. I would have went to ihop or drove to another bagel store

NEW OWNER UPDATE: ordered 4 BEC 's. Opened up the sandwich and asked myself, where is the eggs? Oh there you are, so thin, so unsatisfying. After furst bite Play trombone sound wha wha whaaaaaaa .OLD REVIEW PRIOR OWNERS:Very good egg sammy. Eggs cooked to order is pretty accurate. Just a super long line that seems to move very slow which pushes me to go to my slightly closer shop that is not as good (3.5 star) but it does the job.

This locations has changed management has also changed names. Make sure you look up at the store front, do not be fooled by the staff inside. Prices have been increased, portions are smaller, and staff shorted me my change. Will not be returning, and will go to the real Strathmore Bagels in Stony Brook.

First and last time I’d ever come here. What happened to being greeted properly and when asking a question getting a response instead of silence or an mumbled attitude answer? For $8 on 2 bagels the guy didn’t even add napkins in the bag and as for the bagels, they were stale and the cream cheese wasn’t fresh to me, scallion cream cheese had no flavor to it what’s so ever, very upsetting.
