Feedback gevenI order a burger 2 burgers and an order of fries. Fries were burn ? was told they were crisp and walked away. Complaint and a supervisor told them to redo. I recieved a whole tray full of fries . I feel I was discrimination toward me I will not return
We had a completely poor experience at the BurgerFi located in Wellington. The portion of fries was inconsistent, cold and then some . Vegi Burger under cooked. Wings burnt, Missing ingredients on Burger. No response from online communication. Called restaurant and Manager Victoria had POOR ATTITUDE calling us out as wrong due to cameras . We have picture proof of everything. Did yourself a favor and do not go to this location. Children are handling this franchise store and the brand is going to suffer due to product performance and poor customer service. NO EMPATHY AND DOES NOT FOLLW SPEC PROCEDURES OF CORPORATE PRODUCTS..

Ate at the food truck at an event. The veggie fi burger is my go to at the brick and mortar locations. The one from the food truck was delicious although they advertised a Swiss cheese and American came out on the burger. I would recommend a speaker for calling out orders as the vehicle is loud and it’s hard to hear when your name is being called. Missing a star because they don’t serve milkshakes on the truck. Overall a good experience. Vegetarian options: Veggi fi burger
Tried the food truck out today and I was not pleased. I asked for my burger to be medium and it was burnt and bitter. The fries were the only edible thing left to eat. What a waste! ? I had to drive over so it simply was not convenient to go back. Thumbs down!
