Taqueria Don Pancho - Rosamond

I've visited this taco truck a few times without any issues, but my last experience was disappointing. I ordered a burrito, and as I ate it, I noticed the rice had a strange texture that left me perplexed. The following day, I woke up with food poisoning, and it lasted nearly a week of vomiting and frequent trips to the bathroom. It must have been the burrito, as my girlfriend and I shared our meals, and I was the only one who got sick. The staff is friendly, and I just wish this unfortunate incident hadn't occurred.

The service was exceptional and the food was outstanding. I will definitely recommend this place and bring my friends along. The presentation was top-notch, and the young woman who attended to our table was incredible—she continually checked on us and ensured we had everything we needed and more. I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. When we left, I felt satisfied and content, and my guests were equally happy and well-fed.

Absolutely phenomenal. Al pastor burrito was 10/10. Customer service was 10/10. This spot is a must.

Tonight things were a bit off. We have always been huge fans of this taco truck and the restaurant. We ordered everything asada. That's what was off to us tonight. My son will eat anything and he took a couple bites and he didn't want anymore. I'm not sure if it's a new cook? I definitely will return because they are always spot on. Think tonight was just an off night.
