Sangomore's At Forest Dunes - Roscommon

The food was expertly prepared with high-quality ingredients. We sat at the bar and received excellent service. However, I was let down by the ribeye steak. It resembled more of a wide strip steak without the spinalis or complexus muscles, likely taken from the small end of the rib. As a chef, I can certainly distinguish the differences, and I'm looking for the complete ribeye experience. I recommend using that cut for something else, perhaps in a daily special like a shaved steak sandwich (Philly style), fajitas, or a steak quesadilla.
