Subway - Roseau

It says there open but the doors are locked and there supposed to be open until 10

I tried to go to subway in Roseau MN and the website said they are open till 10 pm I got there at 8 pm and the doors were locked already. There was a worker inside the building on the phone. I called and told them that the website said they were opened til 10 pm and he said I know but we are closed and hung up. If they are not gonna stay open like the website says they are then they need to change the time of open to close. This isn’t the first time in the subway in this town it has happened it’s like an everyday thing here in Roseau at subway. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Got food poisoning as if it were taco bell. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

6/19/23 As a former subway employee, I can say the food is still good, but tonights veggie/till taker service sucked. Lack of communication and efficiency, asked for Banana peppers, was told one second, guy came back and just stared at my sub and didn’t say anything I had to ask the guy if there was any, and he just gave me a stupid look and shook his head. Not to mention he poorly wrapped my sub and didn't give me a bag LMAO. Not one to brag but if I came back, I could do that job 100X better then some of those employees working there. Andy is the best employee there by far, and has been since he’s been hired. He’s very efficient and normally does 2 other employees jobs while he’s already doing his own.
