I ordered three coffees—two iced with cream and sugar and one hot with cream and sugar—but they all arrived without sugar. I also ordered four donuts, and they were all hard and stale. When I brought this up to the young lady at the counter, she looked at me like I was crazy and just said, "Have a good day." My total was over $14, and I work hard for my money; I can't afford to waste it like I did yesterday at your Dunkin' Donuts. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant! The food was outstanding, earning a perfect score of 5. The service was equally impressive, also deserving a 5. The atmosphere was delightful, and I would rate it a solid 5 as well. Highly recommended!
