The cakes were the best I ever had. moist and so delicious. red velvet is great and the cocos and passion fruit is great. the cakes were also very pretty.

I wish I could not give this place a star. they canceled the day of my daughter's first birthday party. they didn't even react to me.

I highly recommend this restaurant for their beautifully designed cakes and delicious flavors. Their cakes are always fresh and their work is truly amazing.

I ordered a cake from Delicity for my baby shower and was extremely impressed with both the cake and the customer service. Because of this positive experience, I decided to order from them again for my daughter's baptism. However, the second time around was a complete disaster. I had placed the order for the cake two months in advance and made the payment three weeks beforehand. Our event was scheduled for 2:30, but by 3:30 there was still no sign of the cake. After calling them, they assured me they were on their way, but it took them an hour and 15 minutes to arrive, even though they were only a 30-minute drive away. By the time they showed up, most of our guests had left and the remaining guests had to rush to eat as we had to leave the venue soon. The cake looked like it had melted and the decoration was ruined. When we finally cut into the cake, I realized it wasn't even the flavor I had ordered. I had requested raspberry mousse with fresh raspberries, but received what appeared to be strawberry filling with fresh strawberries. They never reached out to apologize or make things right. Despite several attempts to contact them, they stopped answering my calls. When my husband asked the delivery driver for the owner's number, he provided an incorrect one. I was incredibly disappointed by the lack of professionalism and accountability from Delicity. It seemed like they had forgotten my order, thrown something together last minute, and delivered it without care. It was a very disappointing experience, especially on such an important day for my family.
