This place is my favorite bbq togo for most of the time. However, yesterday around 4pm 6/22. The cashier at the Togo area giving me a bad impression about the management. I just want to know if my orders are packed. She replied not so politely and gave me an unfriendly Looked. This kind of service should not be interacting with customers at all., lack of customer service skill . This attitude gave me an impression that the owner Treat employees not well so they are not happy with the job. I hope management realizes the issue should be addressed and rectified.

Excellent foods and service. Despite fried rice and noodles took forever to wait until near the end, right before finishing and leaving the restaurant..

We were invited to an event inside the restaurant, the parking lot fills up quickly because it is poorly organized, the staff hardly speaks English, the food is average, the prices are somewhat high, the atmosphere is good, fun, and very safe since they have security guards at the entrance and in the lobby (we loved that).We will consider this place for one of our future events.

Instead of picking up the dishes from moving carts, you order from the menu. It gave the impression that dishes were made upon order so would be more fresh. Not really unfortunately: the bbq pork pastry was luke warm, so was the radish cake. The only item that impressed us is the black lava bun, as you can see from the video. Two items never arrived even after we finished all the food, so we ended up cancelling. The restaurant is spacious and comfortable.

Friendly service⋯? Reasonable price ? The food is delicious and suits our taste???
