Carl's Jr. - Rosemead

I tried ordering in the store but went through the drive thru at 6:40 when I saw the sign of the door said the diner was closed and the drive thru was open from 7am to 7pm. I could see the worker walked away from the front counter area when he noticed we were waiting by the drive thru speaker and it looked like they already shut down even though it wasn’t supposed to be closed for 20 more minutes (25 when we first got there), and google also says they are open until 11. very disappointed as this was not the first time this has happened.

DO NOT go here! Worst experience ever! I tried to report the service to corporate but they didn't follow through. The girl at the drive thru was extremely rude. She acted like she didn't know what was on the menu so when we tried to order inside her and her coworker threatened us instead. I honestly think they were on drugs. I was pregnant and we had 2 toddlers with us. Will never go here again.

Good fast food! I love their french fries, they are crispy and tasty. The hamburgers are good and the lettuce and tomato are of good quality. The location is clean and the staff is friendly. I drove through so did not get a chance to visit inside.

Today (8.16.2022), my good friend Ana drove up to Carl 's Jr and walked into the store around noon. She was going to go through the drive-through with her grandson (aged 9), however, she really needed to use the bathroom ASAP!!! Ana walks into the store and asks if she could use the restroom but the manager, a Hispanic woman in her 20s around 5 '3 was very mean to her and told her No, you can 't use the bathroom unless you buy something . My friend Ana said I really need to use the bathroom and my purse is in the car, can I use it really quick and then I 'll buy something through the drive thru . Unfortunately, the manager got even angrier and said No, sign says customers only buy something now or I will call the police. Ana said, Fine, Call the police and I hope one day your mom needs to use the bathroom someplace and someone is as mean to her as you are being to me. The manager laughed and pulled out her phone and took pictures of Ana as Ana drove off in search of friendlier place. Again, Ana planned on going through the drive thru but not after the manager was so rude and mean to her. Ana is a sweetheart and it hurts my heart that someone would be so mean to her. Ana was well dressed, has plenty of money, drives a nice car and there was no reason for her to be treated like this.
