Is it legal to hand the Interact machine to the customer at the tip choice stage which offers nothing other than an 18% amount as an option? I work in restaurants and I never thought that restaurants allowed this kind of act which seems to me to border on fraud... Especially since the wait was exaggerated and the service team did not have an easy smile . It was far from impeccable, helpful and friendly service. Ultimately, I even felt that some were eager to finish their shift. I probably would have given a good tip anyway, but feeling like I was being twisted in my arm to do so, I found it dishonest.

I have been coming here for years . Over 10. And I doubt I would go back again. My last experience albeit a take out order was terrible . Food portions were tiny. Taste was off. They charge me 25$ for 10 tiny pieces of calamari worth at max 2.5$ I tried to reach out to restaurant by email and social media and no responses. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
