Feedback gevenI come to this Starbucks regularly and have a varied experience. Some of the baristas are extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient in delivering my order in a timely manner. There is one girl who ALWAYS has a generally unpleasant demeanor. Her energy is very unwelcoming and she always very short with customers (me). Whenever she has the opportunity to respond with a witty (rude) remark, she takes it. After the first few dry encounters with her, I thought that maybe it was just her and her quiet personality. It is now clear to me that she is simply a rude person and has poor customer service. There is another employee at this location who is nice sometimes but very short other times. I feel like whenever these two are together— the negative energy spreads.
The quality of the drinks have changed. The staff are overwhelmed. It seems like they don’t have enough employees. The store manager does not help her staff. I see her always sitting on the corner on her laptop. Very selfish manager. I don’t understand how a manager sits in the back on their computer while their staff are struggling, I feel sorry for the employees there
The new store manager Ashley is so terrible. She has a really bad attitude, and anytime I order a drink from this location now it’s so bad. Please find new
It took me so long to get my two drinks. The workers were friendly, but they were understaffed. It took me too long to get my drinks, and the person in the back of the store, whom I assume is the manager, didn't help her workers at all. My drinks were horrible due to the worker rushing to make my drinks and others. I don't recommend at all get your Starbucks at a different store!
Girls who worked today are very bad working (too slow) She couldn’t hear me. I said so many times caramel frappuccino but they gave me creamy. I paid 11$. They didn’t change my order and said wait a line ? What does it mean? So sad and so crazy.
