I love this place, the donuts are amazing anytime a day,the staff is incredibly courteous 10/10??!

I made a stop for coffee and an apple fritter. The shop was clean, the clerks were friendly, the coffee was hot, and the fritter was loaded with apple pieces. I loved it! Recommend

Food is usually always good but when the workers don't speak English and the other customers have to translate this is a problem

I come to this location regularly and I usually get what I am paying for. HOT glazed doughnuts. Today was different, the only times I experience dissatisfaction is when someone new is working the front counter. This is not an excuse because this same person served me a few days ago, with a little help, provided me with great service and the food was good. I was satisfied with my purchase on the last visit. I don't know why she would serve me cold/old doughnuts at 6:00am. I asked for HOT doughnuts because the quality of your doughnuts decline when they are cold. I never come here after 8:30/9:00am because I do not like your cold doughnuts. They do not taste the same. I can't bring them back and I should not have to because I should've gotten what I asked for. I am dissatisfied about the food quality and because my money &time was wasted today.

They charged me for 3 kolaches but gave me two and the donuts were nasty and very cold/oldDietary restrictions: No pork
