Feedback gevenFirst, the subway in Rosendale is exceptionally clean! Second, I’d like to give a big “Thank You” to Subway for taking care of an online ordering issue. I was unable to order online/use the coupons I had, and the workers said the site was down. I had a larger order for a local basketball team, and I was given a free footlong. Thank you for the great customer service, and for making it right!
LOVE what they have done under new management. Also so glad you have dill pickles now.
The sandwich I ordered was delicious, but the restaurant seems to be understaffed. Having only two people working during the lunch rush isn't enough. They did their best, but the service was quite slow!
This was the worst Subway experience I've ever had. The service was incredibly slow, and they still couldn't get my order right, even when I was standing right in front of them and repeating it.
My subs never let me down, and the service is consistently excellent.
