Caribou Coffee - Roseville

It's really cold inside. I guess like 58 degrees thermostat says 68, but there's no way. the sensor must be above a boiler! haha

Had an amazing experience here. Best latte I’ve ever had, my barista Mckenna was amazing. Love this location.

Waited in the drive through for a good minute and was ignored even after I pulled up to the window. I proceeded to park and try to walk in say as to I had 2 hours before they were supposed to actually close. Once I walked in I stood there while people just ignored me and acted as if I wasn’t there, until I asked someone if they could help me, and told me they were closed in a rude tone.

Friendly folks here, but whether the lobby is open has become so inconsistent makes me avoid this Caribou. When the store is open, the lobby door is sometimes locked, but there's no sign/indication that something is up. I then need to get back in the car and hop in the drive-through line.If they're short-staffed, I'd much rather them close the drive-through instead of the lobby, but if they can't do that, at least put a visible sign on the door so people know to avoid the lobby.

Great place to get coffee. The staff cares about their customers and it shows! Thank you.
