If I could give him a 100 stars, I would!! Service was wonderful and the food was to die! I have never eaten in such a beautiful place and oh my goodness it is certainly worth the money. I'm back!

WOW. came here for the first time, and I am also impressed. Staff are honestly so attentive and personal, the food is delicious and the atmosphere is relaxed and stylish. The salad bar is not your run of mill average salad bar with green beans and potatoes... You can say that many thoughts and research have been placed in the creation of Brazilian experience. Value every penny and our new favorite restaurant! The drinks are so good and the Dessert-Phew! Save space, although it is hard not to stuff Do not recommend fire enough!

For the carnivore, this is the place to go. You will not be disappointed if you like flame grilled meat, including pork chicken and lamb. I tried everything at least twice and every time I wanted more. This is an elevated place, so ready to pay a bit more than usual for the experience, although not too exorbitant. Large selection of wines excellent decor, friendly staff an amazing salad bar round a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this place, but make sure you bring a hearty appetite.

We celebrated the 21st. My daughter's birthday and it was a wonderful night to remember. of family, relatives and friends, we were all really happy with the best food and great service that made flame and fire available. The variety of juicy and delicate meat in skewers and appetite and yet tasty decisions on the buffet bar was more than satisfied with the range. Cudes to all of you at Flame and Fire. May continue to offer 5-star customer service and naturally delicious, mouth watering food on the menu.

I have driven past this restaurant numerous times. The exterior and signage are unassuming. Once you open the doors it is a whole different world. This is the most creative dining experience I have enjoyed since moving to Roseville in 2001. They offer a buffet medley of amazing vegetables, some pasta dishes which in themselves are incredible. Last night they offered up to 16 varieties of Chef prepared Meats which are brought to your table on a rotating basis. The staff were excellent, attentive and making sure your dining experience was both enjoyable and smooth without any pressure on the amount of time you dined. The place is pricey but a wonderful treat for yourself and family! Their clientele are quite diverse as many come from outside the area to enjoy the dining experience. This added to the attractiveness of the ambience this restaurant has to offer. David Larson
