Jamba Juice - Roseville

This restaurant has inconsistent quality and customer service. I've had more good experiences than bad, but there are definitely days when the staff seems disinterested and they're not very subtle about it. However, I still prefer to support local businesses, and overall, this place is satisfactory.

I ordered two smoothies when the store was completely empty, but the staff seemed more focused on chatting than on preparing my order. It took them 15 minutes to make the smoothies, which is really unacceptable in my opinion. Having worked at Jamba Juice myself, I expected much better service.

Overall this location is good. Depending on the employee making your order, drinks can be a hit or miss. Sometimes it takes forever to get your drink/food even if it's slow since employees just chit chat. Employees are nice most of the time place isclean mostly.

Three years ago, I gave this restaurant a low rating, but I realize now I was mistaken. The staff here is AMAZING! The weekday morning team is exceptional! (Hello, ladies!)

Overall, this location is quite good. However, the quality of the drinks can vary depending on who prepares your order. There are times when it takes a long time to receive your food and drinks, even when the restaurant is not busy, as the employees tend to spend time chatting. On a positive note, the staff are pleasant, and the establishment is generally clean.
