La Casita - Roseville

Seemed fairly busy for a Thursday night. Maybe it was the $5 margaritas?! We were seated right away, then waited unusually long to be greeted by a server (drink order taken and chips/salsa delivered). We asked for guacamole... received queso. ‍ I like queso, so I didn't complain. Carnitas bowl and Favorites carnitas for entrees were good. A tried and true classic. I've loved La Casita since I was a kid. Their salsa is probably my favorite restaurant salsa of all time. The one thing I do miss is the old cheese enchiladas.
