Great fancy burger that taste great. Although for its high price $9-$14 for a burger), the size is considered small. The service is fast as the have lots of staffs working. Its located at the food court of the mall, So it follow the mall's crowd.

I came on a slow day and it took about 20 minutes to get my food. I have been too many shacks on the east coast and will say this one needs work from corporate. The bun is soggy, more than usual and the patty is bland. Not like shake shack of the past. Unfortunately, I don’t think I will come here anymore after spending $26 on a chicken sandwich and burger… don’t get me wrong the chicken burger is actually good. It’s just a shame about the burger.

Overall, our food was good. My husband had the hot chicken which he said was absolutely delicious. I had the chicken, avocado and bacon which was crispy and I enjoyed. They have crinkle fries that are kind of expensive at $4.21 and you don't get a ton but they were perfectly cooked and delicious. I drank an overpriced large iced tea at $3.99 that tasted like water. My husband had a bottled water. Our total was $34 and they ask if you wanted to tip. So I tipped. We told them that we were eating here. When my husband picked up the food, he asked for a knife they handed him a spoon. They gave us one little box and we had to use two out of the three napkins they gave us as placemats. Aside from the service, the food was excellent.
