Starbucks - Roseville

Go to literally any other Starbucks except this one. workers here dont even know simple things of life. Giving me a cup filled w ice even tho i asked for regular ice. Then tried to gaslight me and explain how im wrong even tho we were here the same week and we got a normal amount of ice. we drunk our venti cup of ice in less than a min. dumb place and even dumber workers. ive never in my life had a bad experience w starbucks and i usually go every day. go to the one by woodcreek and pleasant grove where there are actually liquid to drink and not JUST ice. they also have nice workers without an attitude that wont try to bully my kid brother into thinking hes stupid for asking if its actually regular ice and they will not go on a huge lecture on how it is regular ice.THE COSTUMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!!!

Brand new location on the corner is Sunrise Madison near the Rite Aid Carrows used to be.

I just want to start by saying I normally go about my day and don't give a **** and let people go about there day. I have come to Safeway here so many years but a little less the past year. I started meeting my dad here for coffee before going to work. I am deciding to write this review just because of how blatantly rude an employee has been everytime we have come to Starbucks. Usually we are greeted maybe not excitingly but not with any rudeness to say the least. Everytime I have come to Starbucks when I ask a question to this person at Starbucks she responds with such rudeness. No smile nothing. I'm sorry I work as a manager in a restaurant nearby. If I behaved this way I would be talked to. I have her a few chances by coming in an trying to implement a smile. Still rude as f I asked if I could have a danish warmed up she was like straight up no. And walked away. And whole time no real greeting or anything. For years when I was younger I'd come here and it was a different atmosphere. What upset me more is when my dad and brother and I walked away she was a completely different person with other people. We have not once been rude or anything to her. I work in customer service and to me this is just annoying to deal with. Funny how her name matches her attitude. To no surprise her name is Karen. Def will be avoiding this location until I see a different person. I understand people have different lives outside of work. But that's no excuse every-time I come in you're rude as hell.

The staff were quite polite when I first visited. The cold brew I ordered was served up in good time, and boy was it good. Enjoyed my visit at this location well.
