Topgolf - Roseville

Fun place, good food. 3 floors with 25 bays each and a large bar area with many TV screens. So you can imagine how packed this place can become. Reservations are recommended. There were 4 hours waiting when we left at 5:00. Celebrate my granddaughter 11. Day and both adults and children had fun. Comfortable seating and heat lamps that keep us very warm on a cold rainy day.

Absolutely love the concept of Top Golf despite the fact that I am horrible at it. My group and I were having a great time, HOWEVER, we had approximately 9 minutes left in our game and were asked by our server if we would like to extend our time, to which we replied yes. Our time ended up running out, to which we asked what happened? And they told us we would have to re-register everyone... I replied, oh well what was the point of asking us if we wanted to extend our time? I received no explanation. So we decided as a group, not to follow up and extend the time after all. A gentleman working there told us that we could stay to finish our drinks and food, only to return a minute later saying that we actually had to move to a different area. We are not confrontational people whatsoever, so we just told them, oh that 's okay we are leaving... come to realize, they hadn 't even brought us our check... Topgolf, I understand that some of you don 't want to be there on a weds night, but at least just follow through with what you 're doing... don 't tell the other waitress, oh it 's okay they only have 9 minutes, close them out and get your tip. While I enjoyed the ambiance of top golf, the employees kind of ruined it for me... Oh and by the way, eat before you come here, $5 for 15 fries is not worth it and the pretzel bites tasted like cardboard with cold cheese.

I've been to several top golf's in both Florida, and now California and this one was just as enjoyable as every experience I ever have had. It's a bit chilly in Sacramento this time of year and each bay has heat lamps that we can control. They get toasty enough to go short sleeve and really give you a good swing on the ball so you don't feel like your experience is hindered by the seasons. The food is as it always is bar food, it's good, but this isn't somewhere that you specifically go for the food. I always have the blueberry lemon drop martini with tequila instead of vodka and sugar on the rim. This was no different, but I can say the drinks at my local top golf in Miami were a little bit better. But they have the Angry Birds game on the computer system here which not every location has, and it made it very fun for all of us to compete with one another without needing to be amazing golfers. The service was good. It was easy to find our server whenever we needed him, and the food and drinks came out quickly for a busy night. We love top golf and will be back soon! Thanks.

My husband's work did a social event at top golf on a cold, windy, and rainy Saturday night in early January. Obviously, the weather was not ideal for being outdoors at a driving range but luckily there were overhead space heaters that did a pretty good job keeping us warm.The whole experience was pretty fun, especially since his company paid for it entirely. We had four tee-up stations for our private use, which came with two seating areas and a large table in each space. There was catered food, which consisted of chicken tenders, fruit salad, cookies, chips, and mini sliders. We had beverage service from two very kind and attentive waiters. All in all, it was a really good time, but I can't speak to the price because it was covered.

We came at 11 am on a Sunday. Fantastic service and great food/drinks. The only reason I can't give a full 5 stars is because the ball tracking system is wildly inaccurate compared to when they first opened this location. Our group had to keep manually adjusting our scores for almost every hit, and it was very frustrating, especially when you're paying $40 to $50 per hour for a bay rental. We also noticed a lot of the balls had cracks in them. I hope they fix these issues, because it is a fun place to be!
