Zpizza - Roseville

I saw this place right next to Byerly 's, for a while, but never before. I'm so glad I did it! While they only keep enough slices ready for the time of the day (we came in the middle of the afternoon, between the cracks) they were eager to put in a fresh pizza for us. Very gracious and professional people: We just had to ask! Quality is pretty good. This goes beyond fast food; that is very stylish pizza. While the sausage I had was very good, I will remember the crust. The crust at zpizza is excellent! Also the pear and gorgonzola salad I got with my pizza was really good. I'll go back a lot! This is certainly the best large-format pizza I had.

Great pizza when they did some fresh stuff. A little expensive, but absolutely delicious when they are on their game.
