Plaza Cafe - ROSLYN HEIGHTS

I found a cooked cockroach in my food! When I called to complain, the woman on the phone said they don't have an issue with cockroaches. I pointed out that clearly they do! She was completely unrepentant. This restaurant is revolting. I actually had to force myself to vomit!

Jenny is such a sweetheart! She is always happy to hear from us and help us with any annoying question we have. You feel like you're a part of the family. Her husband helps out too and he's also great! Food is awesome and they take pride it in!

Definitely a hidden Gem. Jenny is always such a pleasure to speak with. My co-workers and I order from here daily. The food is always good and reasonably priced. I am surprised about the negative reviews as I have never encountered any problems and I have been ordering from here for well over a year. If there was ever any miscommunication with the food ordering (being that we order in a group sometimes) they are always ready to resolve the issue. Aside from this restaurant I recommend Toskana as well, which is another restaurant they run.

OMGGGGGGGGGGG, This Fooooood Is AWESOME. The people are nice and they do not disappoint. We are so glad we made this choice. PLAZA CAFE, look forward to hearing from us often.

This place is terrible, and the woman who answers the phone is very rude. I wouldn't recommend ordering from here. I've worked in the area for 15 years, and this is by far the worst. If you're looking for a real deli, call Roslyn Heights Deli instead.
